At Evly Stores, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
